Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SKIN LUXE AI handles professional account information and the client information an esthetician chooses to store.
1. Information we collect
We may collect sign-in identifiers, account email, professional profile and licensing information, business branding, product-library entries, support messages, activity records, and settings.
At an esthetician’s direction, the application may also store client contact details, consultation answers, skincare routines, lifestyle and food preferences, notes, follow-up dates, delivery records, and consent-backed progress-photo files.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, keep each workspace separate, generate and save professional drafts, create client reports, deliver approved plans, maintain private client links, provide support, investigate misuse, and improve service reliability.
3. Professional responsibilities
Each esthetician controls the client information entered in their workspace and is responsible for appropriate notices, permissions, and consent. Do not upload client photos without consent. Do not use the application as an emergency, diagnostic, or medical-record system.
SKIN LUXE AI does not represent that the application is a HIPAA-compliant service or enter into healthcare business-associate obligations unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, storage, authentication, email-delivery, and security providers solely to operate the application. Approved client plans are shared only when the esthetician uses a delivery control. The application does not sell client information.
Payment information is not collected or processed inside the application. Purchases made through Beacons or another storefront are governed by that provider’s privacy practices.
5. Security and workspace separation
Signed-in account identifiers are used to isolate each esthetician’s data. Sensitive actions are checked on the server, private client reports use unique links plus access codes, and key account activity is logged. No security method is perfect, so users should protect devices and report suspected access promptly.
6. Retention, export, and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active and as needed to operate the service. Estheticians can export their account data and delete individual clients or their account. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
7. Choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Use the in-app export and deletion controls or contact the support address shown inside the application. We may need to verify the requesting account before acting.
8. Children and changes
The application is for adult professionals and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be presented through the application or by another reasonable notice.
9. Contact
Privacy questions may be sent to the support address shown inside the application. The operator is based in the United States.
