The application is designed for licensed estheticians and other professionals legally permitted to provide the relevant services in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your qualifications current and practicing within local scope-of-practice rules.

The application is currently provided with Free access and does not process payments. If access, education, or related materials are offered through Beacons or another third-party storefront, that separate provider controls its own checkout, receipts, and refund terms.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application for your own professional practice. The application, design, workflows, code, content, and branding remain the property of SKIN LUXE AI and its licensors.

You may not copy, clone, mirror, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, white-label, publish, or create a competing derivative of the application. You may not share sign-in credentials or represent that you own the platform. Suspected duplication, resale, misuse, or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.

Outputs are educational drafts for professional review. They are not diagnoses, prescriptions, medical treatment, nutrition prescriptions, or guarantees. You must review, edit when necessary, and approve every client-facing plan. The application never intentionally sends an unapproved recommendation automatically.

Refer severe, persistent, unusual, painful, infected, bleeding, rapidly changing, or otherwise concerning conditions to an appropriate healthcare professional. Medical nutrition issues require a registered dietitian or qualified healthcare provider.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required client permission before entering personal information, sending reports, or storing photographs. Progress photos may be used only with documented consent and may not be used by the application to diagnose a condition.

You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account, accurate account information, secure devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another professional’s workspace or interfere with the application.

You retain ownership of the client and business information you submit. You grant the application only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, export, and deliver that content as you direct.

Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued. Access may be suspended to protect users, clients, the service, or legal rights. You may export your data and request account deletion through the application, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or law.

The application is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKIN LUXE AI disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for professional decisions, client outcomes, third-party services, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and, where enforceable, the laws of United States, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to the support address shown inside the application.
